MISSION
The Tributary Foundation aims to restore access to care, community, and purpose through trauma-informed leadership, holistic wellness programs, nature-based retreats, physician-led crowdfunding, and partnerships that translate compassion into measurable healing.
Who We Are…
Founded in 2025, the Tributary Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Central Oregon. We operate as a living ecosystem of service, bringing together veterans, physicians, wellness practitioners, and community leaders to restore access to care, belonging, and purpose.
Our program branches—Beyond the Battle and Hero Health Network—create pathways where compassion becomes measurable healing. We transform lived experience into action through trauma-informed programs, physician-led crowdfunding, and data-driven outcomes that demonstrate the true power of community impact.
At Tributary, every act of support flows through a shared current—anchored in integrity, sustained by measurable impact, and guided by a clear sense of purpose.
Why We Exist
Despite $4.3 trillion in annual healthcare spending, millions remain trapped in untreated pain, trauma, and systemic denial. We are committed to addressing the veteran suicide crisis, empowering physicians to provide evidence-based care for their patients post-denial, allowing the community to become a hero in someone else’s healing journey. One Hero at a time, we unite all communities to stand with us for those who need it most. Whether you are a combat veteran suffering from PTSD, a patient searching for hope or a community member looking for purpose-driven impact. A veteran-led community centered on belonging, leadership, and peer support. BTB is powered by Impact Programs including retreats, single-day experiences, mentorship, and creative practice that restore belonging, resilience, and purpose. Alumni leaders sustain and scale community healing.

A physician-led access and clinical integrity arm that restores care where policy and insurance fail. HHN is powered by Tribute Care Campaigns, a transparent, clinician-reviewed crowdfunding platform that restores access to essential treatments denied by insurance, documents outcomes, and engages donors with full accountability.
