Board oversight.

The Board oversees the Foundation’s charitable mission, finances, programs, and restricted funds. The bylaws establish responsibilities for conflict disclosure, recusal, donor intent, and organizational independence.

Privacy

Privacy information.

The Foundation may collect contact, participation, access, volunteer, partner, donation, campaign, and basic website information needed for a defined charitable or operational purpose.

We collect information for defined charitable and operational purposes. We do not ordinarily request diagnoses, treatment notes, medical charts, Social Security numbers, or other clinical records.

Separate permission is used for media, campaigns, warm handoffs, transportation, and other actions where separate consent is appropriate. Privacy requests: admin@tributaryfoundation.org.

Formal privacy policy adoption and supersession are governed by Board records. This public summary does not amend controlling policy.

Scope of our work.

Tributary Foundation supports nonclinical access and community participation. Qualified partners provide regulated services within their own professional scope. The Foundation does not provide psychotherapy, diagnosis, medical treatment, crisis response, legal representation, or formal case management.
